Her educational background is of a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Science and Law from Mumbai University. Prior to founding PCA Legal, Priyanka held pivotal roles at esteemed companies such as Netflix, Balaji Telefilms and its group companies – ALTBalaji, Balaji Motion Pictures, Zee Entertainment, Star India, and Bharti AXA. Prior to her stint at Bharti AXA, she worked in Vigil Juris and Deval Patel and Associates where her foundations in various fields of law were set.

Serving as Director & Senior Counsel at Netflix and Vice President & Head Legal at Balaji Telefilms, she exhibited exemplary leadership, guiding teams and shaping legal strategies that resonated throughout the industry.
